Written off as a MOR crooner, Mathis made a few really contemporary albums in the 70's with some of the real producers of the time. This is a great soul album of philadelphia smooth. Produced and arranged by Thom Bell who worked with the Stylistics and the Spinners around this time but also the much ignored Ronnie Dyson.
